We handle the shoot entirely. The seller doesn't need to tidy up or stage the unit. Live-in units or empty units? No problem.

Added PropertyGuru stills? The first draft of your listing photos will be ready for review.

Storyboard
The planned shots and transition sequence for the reel, ready for your approval. Once approved, we get animating. Final listing stills, if added, are delivered ready to list.

FAQ
No. We stage and declutter the same way physical staging does, just virtually. We never alter the property's layout, structure, fixtures or finishes, and we don't hide defects. We also never encourage agents to misrepresent or oversell a property through video — buyers will still view the actual place, and closing the sale comes down to how you present it.
That's our specialty. The seller doesn't need to tidy, clear, or stage anything. We shoot the unit as-is in about an hour and handle the decluttering and staging in post.

Landed, yes. These fall under our Bespoke packages and are priced per property, so WhatsApp us with the details. Commercial spaces are considered case by case. Reach out and we'll see if it's a fit.
Yes. You have full usage rights across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and paid campaigns.
You do, with full rights to market the listing and your own profile. We may feature selected work in our portfolio unless you'd prefer we don't.
One round of changes to the reel: pacing, music, shot order, and text tweaks. Since you approve the storyboard before we animate, surprises are rare. Changes to the approved creative direction are quoted separately.
First draft within a week of the shoot, final video within two. If you've added PropertyGuru stills, those arrive in 3–5 working days so your listing goes live early.
