Shoot day · ~1 hour on-site
Shoot day
We handle the shoot entirely. The seller doesn't need to tidy up or stage the unit. Live-in units or empty units? No problem.

Listing photos
The first draft of your PropertyGuru listings will be ready for review.

4–5 working days
Storyboard + Final listing photos
Final photos are delivered and ready to list, alongside the planned shots and transition sequence for the reel. You approve the creative direction and we will get animating.

AI video delivery
First draft of your AI property tour reel. One revision included. Final delivery within two weeks of shoot day.
